Kellie was amazing to work with! I was referred to her by the mortgage company I was originally working with and I couldn't have been happier that I was. She was honest and helpful in my home buying search in every aspect. Her knowledge and experience is outstanding. We looked at many houses and she kept at it with me until finally after searching since March I was able to find and win my house. I would use her as my realtor for any future home buying or selling needs. She's truly phenomenal!

While we didn’t end up purchasing a house, we used Kellie Jo to help us with the building process and used her to sell our previous home. She made everything so easy for us. Kellie Jo was an amazing real estate agent from start to finish! We began our journey with her back in 2019 when we were looking for our first house. When we went to look at the house we ended up buying she stopped at nothing to make us feel good about our decision and helped us through each step of the process. Fast forward 3 years and a whole lot of great memories in that cute little fixer upper and we were ready to sell it. We knew we wanted the same amount of attention to detail and great attitude we got from Kellie Jo when we bought it so we contacted her right away and started the selling process! We had put a lot of work into it and wanted to make sure everything was highlighted in the listing for potential buyers to see. She came over within the week to take a look and go through every detail of upgrade we had done to make sure we were getting back what we put into it. As soon as we were ready, she had professional pictures taken and the listing was on the market. We were included in every step of the process and advised on what offers were given to us along with which one to ultimately take! She kept on the bank and lawyers offices to make sure everything was done as quickly as possible. Kellie Jo is an amazing woman and a great agent, she far exceeds the requirement for a “good real estate agent” and if you get the chance I highly suggest going with her for anything you need!

Kellie was a joy to work with selling our house. We were so nervous about the entire process after having lived in the same house for 35 years. She was extremely patient, professional, responsive and upbeat. She gave us sound tips about how to stage the house which really paid off with 8 offers in 3 days, almost all over asking price! I would readily recommend her without hesitation.

Kellie Jo was an outstanding selling agent. I was referred to her from a co-worker and was actually a little skeptical of all her rave reviews. Could a realtor actually be that efficient, personable, return all my phone calls in a timely manner, have excellent resources for all my last minute projects while staying on top of my listing? The answer is absolutely yes! Kellie Jo was on top of the market fluctuations and knew how to show and price my house so the potential buyer could see all the good characteristics and feel good about buying it, and that’s exactly what happened.
